This company is sketchy. I placed my order last months and I haven’t received any updates regarding the order. I went to their website to cancel it and the website froze on me. I emailed them a few times and heard nothing back. I posted a review for them on this website and they linked me to send them an email. But why? No one ever responds. Terrible. Buyer beware for sure.

After placing my order on 15 Jan, I read all the poor reviews and didn't hold out much hope! Not sure If I've just been lucky, but my Stylevana/Innisfree order has just arrived today!! So 3 weeks. The communication was actually pretty good and I got a shipment notification from Evri and was able to track it. Will definitely be using them again as I can't get the gommage green barley anywhere else.

I have emailed and no reply. I was not given a refund since the investigation of my parcel was not over eventhough i showed them the reply i got from evri.
ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. THE INVESTIGATION SHOULD BE OVER. STOP IGNORING MY EMAIL AND REPLY.

My order number is # BWSVUKA130421538. I ordered 3 items early last week and paid for shipment meaning my order should be sent by now. I’m travelling and need my package. I’ve since sent emails to the support team and still no response. I come on here and see it’s a scam. Someone help me

#BWSVXXA100740725 I placed my order on Jan 6!!! After ONE month of waiting, the status is still NOT SHIPPED. This is the second time I ordered from Stylevana -- the first time was fine (took 10 days for the order to arrive). But this time is a real disappointment. I emailed them THREE times with screenshots. Nobody responded. Can somebody help?

I placed my order on the 06/01/23 and received it 08/02/23. Yes you are waiting a while for your order but as long as you are willing to wait, then it will arrive. I received emails throughout alerting me to my package being processed and then when my package was ready for delivery. There is a bit of a wait between each process but my products arrived perfectly. I was a bit weary of ordering after reading all the reviews but figured I would chance it and see. I’m happy I did. I live in Scotland, I’m not sure if that helps anyone else when they consider ordering and the expected delivery wait etc.

I’m writing this review because of the many bad reviews I’ve seen about this site. I placed an order at the beginning of January and since it was taking pretty long I decided to check out the reviews which honestly scared me a little since they all told me not to trust this site. But I decided to be patient and after about a month it has arrived. They gave me 1 update about my package through paypal. The products I ordered were well packaged and I even received a sample.

I LOVE Stylevana! They have amazing products at the best prices. They have a great loyalty scheme. Shipping on standard delivery takes around two weeks for me. Items arrive in pristine condition thanks to the excellent attention to detail of the packer.

Do not purchase here! I wish I had seen the reviews first. Lila Beauty is almost the same price, and package arrived within 2 days. Stylevana don’t reply to emails; take weeks to ship (if at all). The only time I received a quick reply was after I submitted a PayPal dispute, and they cancelled my order after over 4 weeks of waiting.

i ordered because it says “ships 24hrs”, so i assumed it wont take it too long. i placed my order january 24, and it’s the 7th of february now and still haven’t received my parcel yet.that means if i order the 7-14 or 21-30 it’ll probably take more that a month. well, been following up my order through emails but it was hard to reach their customer service. i love their products but the thing is it’s taking forever to receive it.

I can not believe this anymore, it has been 3 weeks now and I still haven't received my parcel nor received my tracking information. This is getting ridiculous now. I want my parcel urgently. I tired emailing you guys like 5 times now and no one responded, what is going on?

And I have yet to get my refund back for shipping for my damaged order. They only contacted me back to let me know that they don’t want to after I left a bad review. It’s been 3 months since I have ordered. This service is so slow

After receiving a response to my complaint for my order #BWSVCAA150192904 I got an email saying Jan 31st was when my order would be finally complete.

It has been over a week and the status changed once again. I am incredibly dissatisfied that not only they respond to radio silence through their website but also once they finally answer, their answer is not even actually correct.

It's been over a month since the order, this is a terrible site, if you are on the fence on whether ordering or not consider that you will be left in the dark regarding your order without so much as a reliable ETA.

Do not waste your hard earn money. They do not care about you; they only want your money for FREE!! I sent them 2nd email follow-up on my order and still waiting to hear back from them. I will reject the payment through PayPal. Who knows, maybe they will ship me my order a year later. It has been over two months, and I still have not received anything. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WISH I HAVE done my homework before spending my money!!
